App name: My Personal Automation Assistant
Developer domain: objectory.co.kr
1. Overview
The App is a personal workflow-automation tool built on Make.com.
It connects the user’s own Google Workspace APIs (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Drive, Sheets) to automate everyday tasks through voice or text commands.
The App is non-commercial and designed for individual Google account owners.
2. User Responsibilities
Users must comply with Google’s API Services User Data Policy and the Limited Use Requirements.
Users remain the data owners and may revoke access at any time in their Google Account → Security → Third-party access.
Use for spam, bulk messaging, or unauthorized data collection is prohibited.
3. Data Access and Usage
The App accesses only data that the user explicitly authorizes through the OAuth consent screen.
Each OAuth scope maps to a visible user action:
/auth/calendar.events.owned – Access and modify only files created or selected by the app.
/auth/drive.file – Access and modify only files created or selected by the app.
/auth/calendar.settings.readonly – detect timezone for scheduling.
/auth/calendar.calendars.readonly – Read calendar names and timezones.
/auth/calendar.events.owned – Create, edit, or delete events in the user’s own calendars.
/auth/gmail.send – Send emails on behalf of the user without reading mailbox content.
No reading of user mailboxes or unrelated data occurs.
All processing stays within Make.com’s secure cloud; no data is transferred to external servers or used for advertising.
4. Security
Authentication and authorization use Google OAuth 2.0.
Access tokens are encrypted and stored by Make.com; the developer never manually handles user data.
The App follows the Principle of Least Privilege and uses write-only scopes where possible.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
The App does not permanently store personal data.
Generated automation data is deleted automatically when the related Make scenario is removed or when the user revokes access.
No audit logs or analytics identifying users are retained.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is.” The developer is not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or API changes that affect workflow results.
7. Modifications
Users may stop using the App anytime and revoke OAuth access immediately from their Google Account. After revocation, the App cannot access any Google data.
